Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Europe only. Any shipments outside of Europeare not available at this time.

we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, estimated deliver in 1 day, Royal Mail Special Delivery 1 pm estimated to deliver in 1 day and royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated delivery is in 3 days unless Royal Mail advises otherwise.
COVID Update: the delivery time can be up to 10 business days, we can’t take the responsibility of Royal Mail delayed delivery time.
We will only consider an order lost after 10 Business days therefor we won’t repeat the order before that given time period has expired.
Delivery times outside the UK can vary, you can find information on the Royal Mail site, however, by experience, it can take 4-21 days.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Orders are aimed to be sent out the same day if being received before 12.00 pm
Orders after 12.00 pm will be sent out the next day with the chosen delivery service

The shipping cost is not part of the purchase with regards to free shipping option, free shipping is only offered if the value of the products is over £59 without the postal fee.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you want to send your items back to us you can do it, no question asked. However, you might help us understand what the issue was allowing us to learn and avoid the same thing in the future but you don’t have to explain. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an acceptable condition in original packaging. We won’t refund for opened accessories like nail tips, nail brush, unless they have not been opened and used at all, in original packaging. We won’t make any refund for used accessory items.
